About us

Established in Tring in 1997, and acquired by the current owner in 2005, Mountain Mania now has 5 stores covering Hertfordshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire. With a focus on outstanding customer service, backed up with the support of some great brands, we have become one of the leading independent cycle retailers in the South of England. This is something that has been recognised within the industry, having been awarded Fenwick’s Independant Retailer of the year, and been a Bike Biz Awards finalist.

In 2011 as a natural progression and expansion of Mountain Mania Cycles, the decision was taken to open The Road Room as a specialist and dedicated store to cater for the ever growing needs of road cyclists. The huge success of The Road Room has led to the inclusion of this across all of our stores with segregated areas specifically for road bikes and accessories.

With easy parking at all store locations, why not stop by during a ride or pop in for a coffee and catch up on the latest news and rumours in the bike world?
