We are currently on the lookout for Staff in our two Tring shops.

We are looking for someone with good road knowledge to work in our Road Room shop. The ideal candidate will have good mechanical skills and a keen interest in road cycling. An understanding of bike fit would be a benefit but isn’t essential.

In addition we have a Sales / Mechanic position available in our Mountain Mania Shop. Again the ideal candidate would have a good knowledge of cycling with appropriate mechanical abilities.

After last weeks unexpected incident we have received a batch of fresh bikes in from Trek and Enigma.

Trek have delivered the stunning 6 Series Madone Project 1 bikes. We have a 6.2 in Starry Night with Sram Rival and Bontrager RXL wheels and the utterly gorgeous 6.5 in Catalyst Orange with the amazing Shimano Ultegra Di2 electronic groupset, Bontrager RXL wheels and Carbon bars. Fancy trying Ultegra Di2? Then pop in and have a go on our Cycleops turbo trainer!

Also in this week are Enigma Bicycles. Not heard of them? Well, Enigma are experts in Titanium and Steel frames, handmade in the UK. We have a selection of Echo, Etape and Ego bikes and frames in stock. With frames starting from £1250 and bikes from £2500, you can definately afford Titanium without going Taiwanese!

We had a break in at our Road Room bike shop in Tring early this morning. We’ve had 6 Road bikes stolen, 5 Carbon Scotts and a Carbon Cube. Several of the bikes were particulary rare or unusual. Obviously if anyone has any information regarding this or see’s any cheap road bikes for sale then please get in contact via the usual channels.

The stolen bikes were; 1x Scott Foil 20 2012, 1x Scott CR1 Pro 2012 54cm (upgraded wheels and other parts), 1x Scott Contessa CR1 Pro 2011 49cm, 1x Scott Addict R2 2011 56cm, 1x Scott Addict R3 58cm and a 1x Cube Agree GTC Race 2011 58cm.
