The rim is fabricated from high-quality, heat-treated alloy. It undergoes a specialised welding process that ensures optimal strength and structural integrity, making it highly resistant to impacts and heavy loads.

Featuring an optimised 22.5mm inner rim width to provide ample support and stability for aggressive riding styles., which enhances traction, control, and cushioning during landings and high-impact manoeuvres. The wider profile also contributes to a more forgiving ride, reducing the chances of pinch flats and increasing the overall durability of the rim.

Despite its exceptional strength, the Chaos rim is engineered to minimise weight wherever possible weighing in at an impressively light 512 grams.
