The O'Neal Splash is a transparent and waterproof Rain Jacket with elastic waist and wrist cuffs that will protect you from the cold humidity and dirt as well as the rain. Due to the special cut (low front& extended rear) it reduces movement when riding, providing extra coverage at the back and preventing bunching at the front. All seams are taped and waterproof. The neoprene collar seals against dirt and moisture.
